Radio code calculation service
We offer free and paid services where we offer to decode your radio serial code, these services are provided with no warranty and on an “AS IS” basis.
Further-more, decodemyradio.co.uk makes no claims or warranties in regards to the accuracy or suitability of services offered on this website, be it free or paid.
Refunds
We do offer refunds for the following reasons only:
- The provided radio unlock code was incorrect.
- Your radio unlock code took longer than 48 hours to be delivered.
If your radio unlock code was incorrect, you agree to allow us 48 hours to resolve this issue and provide a correct radio unlock code by getting in contact via email: support@decodemyradio.co.uk
You agree that in order to allow us to assist you further and/or provide a refund, you will provide the following information:
- A photo of where you found your radio serial number, for example (printed label or radio screen).
- A video of you showing your radio serial number, then inputting your provided code into the radio unit, to back up your claim that an incorrect code was provided.
If you cannot or will not provide all of the above listed items, then unfortunately we will be unable to provide a refund, you fully understand this.
Refunds are issued to the payment method used upon making the order, we cannot issue refunds anywhere other than the original source of payment, all refunds requests must be made within 14 days of purchase being made.

We do not sell any products that are similar or the same as these manufacturer’s – We offer radio decoding services via databases, tools & calculators that we have.
