Information collected when using the app
If you are browsing this app, us and our hosting company may collect the following information:
Unique App ID, Browser Language, IP Address, User agent, Screen size, Time and date of access & more.
This information is collected to help us further improve our services and to store any radio codes ordered by you (“the app user”). Other examples of how we use this data include: we may aggregate this data to see what devices are most commonly used to browse the app and this would help us further improve our app user experience.
Information collected when using free service
If you use our free decoding service, then we may collect the following information:
- Unique App ID (an ID generated by our app to identify your device and store your orders).
- Email address
- IP address
- Radio serial code
Our free service may require that you use an email ID for delivery, for this reason we may require your email ID in order to deliver your radio unlock code and/or notify you of any order updates, we do not share your email ID with any 3rd parties.
Information collected when using paid service
We offer several paid radio decoding services, for these services we charge a small fee. We may use one or more of the following 3rd party payment processors (Google Pay Billing, In-app payments, Stripe, Apple Pay) to process payment, for this reason we do not store any credit or debit card information.
We collect some information for paid orders such as:
- Unique App ID (an ID generated by our app to identify your device and store your orders).
- Email ID (to deliver your order).
- IP Address (for fraud prevention).
- Radio serial code, part number and/or date (to provide the decoding service).
Cookies
This app may use cookies to help improve your user experience and deliver a better overall experience, this includes:
1st Party Cookies:
- A cookie to store your Unique App ID – So we can store your orders and display them in app.
- WooCommerce shopping cart – we use WooCommerce to process payments, the WooCommerce software may leave cookies and session data in your app browser to store any items you add to the cart or checkout.
3rd party cookies:
- Content delivery network – we may use a content delivery network such as Cloudflare to improve user experience, speed and security.
- Analytics – we may use Google analytics to help improve user experience.
- Stripe – We use Stripe to process card payments, the stripe software we use may use cookies.
- Google Pay Billing – We May use Google pay billing to process in app payments.
- Apple Pay Billing – We May use Apple pay billing to process in app payments.

We do not sell or share your data with 3rd parties unless we are required to do so by law.
