If there are any problems retrieving your radio code, then we may ask for a photo of where you found the serial number. This is standard practice and allows us to further assist you.
Most of the time, we just require a radio serial number or VIN to get your code. On rare occasions, we may request additional information, for example a photo of where you found the serial number.

No, you cannot unlock your radio without the radio code.
We sometimes offer free ford radio codes via email within 24 hours, but this offer isn’t always available or guaranteed. We do not offer free radio codes for any other vehicle types.

This depends on the vehicle make, if your vehicle is Renault or Dacia then yes, we can get the code from VIN, but for other makes we require the radio serial number.

Yes, your radio code can be used multiple times, the only way it won’t work again is if you have the radio code changed.

If your radio unit says WAIT this means you entered a wrong unlock code, give it 30-60 minutes and you should be allowed another entry attempt.
If your radio unit display is saying LOCKED, this means you have entered 10 wrong unlock codes.
If this has happened, try holding down number 6 for about 10 seconds, it should reset the radio allowing you a final 3 entry attempts.
Please be careful though, after the last 3 attempts your unit will become permanently locked displaying LOCKED13.
When “Err” appears on your radio screen, it is because of a failed code entry attempt. You can have another go at entering your code by switching the radio off and back on, but be careful because if you enter too many incorrect codes, the unit may become permanently locked and you will need the dealership to fix it.
If your radio is stuck in SAFE mode and 1000 does not appear on the screen. You will have to leave your radio on for 1 hour, after 1 hour the 1000 code entry screen should appear.
