Finding Your Serial
Your radio serial code is a unique set of letter and numbers that we need to find your radio unlock code.
You can find instructions and video’s below which will help you locate your radio serial code based on radio model.
Renault Sat Nav
You will find your sat nav serial code located on a printed label on the back of the radio.
To get access to the printed label, you will need to partly remove the unit from the dashboard, firstly, pry off the plastic trim that surrounds the radio, once this is off unscrew the 4x screws then slide out the unit (see how-to video below).
Please note: The serial should start with 2811, but we only need the last 4 digits of the serial number to issue your unlock code, this is usually a letter followed by 3 numbers, e.g. C123.Unlock Sat Nav
Renault Bosch Radio
You will need to partly remove the radio using radio release keys to get access to the radio label with serial code.
